During our live demonstration, Erik Hillard of Running Pixels will demonstrate and discuss the entire digital workflow, while George Simian shoots a young actress! Erik will answer all of your questions while managing the incoming images - using the best capture software and executing back-up strategies. Erik will cover camera and computer trouble-shooting, solving mysterious software crashes, monitoring proper exposure and focus while giving feedback to the shooter, verifying file backups, and processing images for the client. Right on the job!

Biography
Erik Hillard - Erik Hillard is the founder of Running Pixels, one of Los Angeles’ first professional digital capture companies. He’s been in the digital trenches for over 10 years, and has strong working relationships with local photo agents, producers, and advertising agencies!
George Simian - George Simian is a people photographer, a long-time advocate for photographers’ rights (past member of APA National board/currently on the LA chapter board), a Capture One Certified Pro, and an educator, recognized by PDN Magazine as one of the dozen “best workshop instructors” in the country.
